Bike and Build or: how I learned to stop worrying and love the hills: The sweet sweet trail!

The last two days we have been on a pretty sick bike trail. Yesterday we did 78ish and today was 88ish. Even though it's a little gravelly, it was very nice. Yesterday I biked the better part if the day with Aaron and Drew, had some pretty good bro time. They are pretty good guys, and they really pushed me to go faster than I'm used to, and we did some pretty good sprints. At lunch Blythe's tire exploded. We got into Jefferson City and spent some time exploring the Capitol and taking pictures. Than after diner I just passed the &$?# out. In my jeans and everything. Sunny and Alex were kind enough to inflate my thermorest and tuck me into bed. Today was a little rough. There must have been a storm or something cause the trail was covered with fallen trees and branches. A bunch of times we had to get off and climb around or through them. Rode with Athena again, and had another good day. We saw a guy fishing with a bow and arrow! There were also some cool tunnels. We got in around 7. Dinner was really awkward cause the host thought everyone was suppose to get here at 1, and so were really angry when everyone showed up at 5-7. I'm in a gym, big day tommorow, and we won't have a nice bike trail this time. Sleep is required. Just thought I would update y'all.....y'all, god I've been in the south a while...
