Bike and Build or: how I learned to stop worrying and love the hills: Oh colorful Colorado!

Today might have been one of my best days. We got to sleep in to 7:30, than we had a great breakfast of cake and ice cream cause it was Katie karg's birthday. Than for some reason we got little squirt guns. I blasted ride of the Valkyries and Athena and I had a giant gun battle. Than em wells, Joyce and I had a dance party to "i will survive". Than off we rode. I had a great ride with Joyce. We rode together all day, for about 28 miles, our shortest day yet. I stopped and tried some buffalo and elk jerky, and bought a package of the latter. We biked to the Colorado river where we jumped in with a ton of others from our group. It was freezing! Than I opened the jerky and shared it. Eating teriyaki elk jerky next to the Colorado river is probably the manliest thing I've ever done. We than finished the ride, made some chili at the host, than I went out with some people to a Chinese restaurant for the first time all trip and got some lo mien. It was bloody amazing! Than I met up with my chore group at the local saloon (no seriously, it was a literal saloon, I even saw a cowboy!) and now I'm trying to go to bed early to see the sun rise. Great day!
