Mountain time
We are finally out of Kansas and into Colorado. The last few days have been really tough. We did two centuries back to back, and boy were we tired. One day I crashed, flipped over the handle bars, because another rider and I got too close. It was ok though, I went into a ditch, did a flip, mangaded to unclip, and if I do say so myself, stuck the landing. Another day, before rode into Denver, we had a giant lightning storm come upon us. We had no where to go so we booked it to the host. Since we had a tailwind and were all hopped up, we were going about 23-25 for several miles. At the end we got to the host, I saw a pool. I was so tired I just rode over, threw my shoes and bag off, and hopped in. We also had a pretty good forth of July. There were some awesome fireworks. We rode into Denver, than boulder, where we stayed for a few days at a build site. It was really nice. Golly but with all the mountains it is so pretty here. Oh and we passed the halfway point, weeee! Right now we are staying at some special bordering school. We have started on the Rockies. They are pretty, but hard as he'll to climb. I'm also trying to find a little time to work on applications to internships, and had my first interview the other day! It's super late now, must sleep, tommorow we ride again.
